The Paralegal Firm Renter’s Association is designed to assist the everyday
renter for residential purposes. The Paralegal Firm’s Renter’s Association will
serve as an advocate on behalf of the Renter. The main task of The Paralegal
Firm Renter’s Association is to serve as follows:

1. Assist the Renter in finding affordable and decent residential rental property.

2. Assist the Renter in relocating when necessary.

3. Assist the Renter in buying a home.

4. Assist the Renter in resolving any disputes with Landlord, neighbor or other
tenant.

5. Assist the Renter in budgeting and debt resolution issues.

6. Assist the Renter in financial matters.

7. Assist the Renter finding decent employment.

Why join the The Paralegal Firm Renter’s Association?

The benefits alone is a great reason to join the Renter’s Association. In
addition, the Renter will enjoy having an organization behind them in any
decision that he or she makes. The feeling of knowing that you are not alone
and help is a call away makes it even a more reason to join The Paralegal Firm
Renter’s Association. The membership cost is low and very affordable
compared to the services and assistance you get when needed.

Is The Paralegal Firm Renter’s Association a Union?

No. We are not a Union as our services and assistance are more than that of a
Union.

What does it cost to join?

The cost is low and affordable. $50 to join and $15 per month; therefore, all
you have to pay initially is $65 and your benefits as a member begins
immediately. You must enter a membership contract for one (1) year.

Can I cancel if I decide that I don’t want to be a member after joining?

Yes. You have 10 calendar days to cancel your membership. Your cancellation
notice must be in writing and if mailed, postmarked before the 10 day deadline.

Do you provide financial assistance to its members?

Yes, if you qualify. To qualify, you must have been a member for 6 months and
there must be funds available for assistance. There is not a credit check or
interest on the financial assistance. Nevertheless, other qualifications such as
income and bill qualification are to be considered. Financial Assistance is a
Loan.
